Anyway....               by Mother Teresa     People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centred; Forgive them anyway   If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives; Be kind anyway   If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; Succeed anyway   If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; Be honest anyway If you find serenety and happiness, they may be jealous; Be happy anyway     The good you do to day, people will often forget tomorrow; Do good anyway     Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough; Give the world your best anyway You see in the final analysis, it is between you and God; It was never between you and them anyway               그럼에도 불구하고....   사람들은 흔히 비이성적이며 논리적이지도 않고 그리고 이기적이다. 그래도 사람들에게 관대하게 대하라.   당신이 사람들에게 친절하고 상냥하게 대하면 사람들은 당신이 다른 속셈을 숨기고 그렇게 한다고 의심할 것이다. 그래도 사람들에게 친절하고 상냥하게 대하라.     당신이 성공하려면 가짜 친구들과 진짜 적들의 벽을 넘어서야 할 것이다. 그래도 성공하라.     당신이 성실하고 정직하게 살더라도 사람들은 그대를 속여서 마음을 아프게 할 것이다. 그래도 정직하게 살아가라.     당신이 평온하고 행복한 삶을 산다면 사람들은 당신을 시샘하여 질투할 것이다. 그래도 행복하게 살아가라.   오늘 당신이 사람들에게 착한 일을 행해도 사람들은 내일이면 그것을 곧잘 잊어버릴 것이다. 그래도 착한 일을 하라. 당신이 가진 모든 것을 이 세상을 위해 아낌없이 베풀어도 세상은 결코 충분하다고 말하지 않을 것이다. 그래도 세상을 향해 최선을 다해 베풀라.   당신이 이 세상을 길게 멀리 본다면 이 세상 모든 문제는 신과 당신사이의 문제이다. 그것은 사람들과 당신사이의 문제가 아니다. 그래도 사람들을 사랑하라. ....                  Mother Teresa  마더 테레사   Yesterday is but today's memory, and tomorrow is today's dream.   어제는 오늘의 지나간 기억입니다. 그리고 내일은 오늘 우리가 꾸는 꿈입니다...
