An 11-year-old Manchurian tiger has given birth to quintuplets in northeast China.
중국 북동부에 사는 열한 살 된 만주 호랑이가 다섯 쌍둥이를 낳았다.
The cubs can be seen nestling next to their mother,
who appears to be taking a well-deserved rest.
휴식을 취할 충분한 자격이 있는 엄마 호랑이의 품에 새끼들이 안겨있다.

The mother is currently taking care of four of her five cubs,
with the fifth being kept with another female tiger.
엄마 호랑이는 새끼 다섯 마리 중에 네 마리를 보살피고 있다.
나머지 한 마리는 다른 암컷 호랑이와 함께 있다.
Zookeepers say they're looking for a surrogate tiger to help care for the newborns.
동물원 사육사들은 새끼들을 돌봐줄 수 있는 대리모 호랑이를 찾고 있다고 말한다.

"The mother tiger, who just gave birth to five cubs, may not have enough milk to feed them. Therefore we will have to find a surrogate mother to shoulder the excessive responsibility.
It is also good for the health of the tiger cubs."

The Manchurian Tiger is ranked among the top 10 most endangered species in the world.
만주 호랑이는 세계에서 가장 멸종이 우려되는 동물 10종에 속한다.
